Artist Andres Amador creates amazing pieces of art by raking the sand at beaches, mostly in San Francisco. He explains on his website: "In the beach mural exploration (aka: playa paintings, beach art) I use a rake to etch designs onto the beach during the low tide. Raking exposes the wetter sand, causing a color difference between the raked and unraked sand."
