I have received many email forwards, then I have forwarded them to people on "my list". I love these touching, warm, funny emails. I started saving them on my computer, so I would never lose them. I decided to create a blog to hold all these email forwards, so others can enjoy them and so I can easily refer to them when I want. I hope people who love email forwards as much as I do, or like reading funny and inspirational readings will find this site and share it with others.

"A Dream Come True"
A New York man retired. He wanted to use his retirement money wisely, so it would last, and decided to buy a home and a few acres in Portugal. The modest farmhouse had been vacant for 15yrs.; the owner and wife both had died, and there were no heirs. The house was sold to pay taxes. There had been several lookers, but the large barn had steel doors, and they had been welded shut. Nobody wanted to go to the extra expense to see what was in the barn, and it wasn't complimentary to the property anyway..... so, nobody made an offer on the place.
The NY guy bought it at just over half of the property's worth, moved in, and set about to tear in to the barn..... curiosity was killing him. So, he and his wife bought a generator, and a couple of grinders..... and cut thru the welds.
What was in the barn...............?

Here's a great example of the forwards out there that get started with a wonderful made up story. This is one of them. You can go to snopes.com and look up a lot of these "is this true" questions. A lot of times, it's there. "Truth or Fiction" is another web site to check this stuff out.
To check out the true story of these pictures CLICK HERE It has the original forwards listed first, then go down to "origins". It also has a link to see a lot more pictures of the cars. It's nothing like the story above. Well, it was in Portugal. That part stayed the same!
